J'ai bien aimé votre recette j'adore le citron et la menthe et franchement je ne savais pas que le lait et le beurre mélangés et bien fouettés peuvent remplacer la crème c'est à essayer merci

Mi piace moltissimo la stracciatella, la nocciola e il pistacchio, questi sono i primi e poi mi piacciono tanto i gelati alla frutta, slurp 😋😋😋 , non rinuncio a nessuno, l'essenziale che sia gelato🍨 ......ti seguirò per qualsiasi ricetta. Thank you very much for both recipes and how to make this. There are lots of places where you can't buy heavy whipping cream with high fat content. Plus it is so very expensive to purchase. It is very nice to have a wonderful substitute for when you can't afford or find the other option where you live. 🎉🎉🎉 How do you like the flavor of the longer version in taste ? Does it make a difference in flavor or texture? Have you ever tried the custard style version with egg yolks for a richer flavor and texture ?? Thank you again for looking at different ways of doing things when everyone can't get the exact same ingredients!!!!!! Any added advice would be ever so appreciated... Das Rezept fasziniert mich, da es nur mit Milch und Butter so cremig wird durch mehrmaliges rühren. Das werde ich in jedem Fall die nächsten Tage ausprobieren.
