Spiral staricases (if not for looks) are great for saving space. That staircase takes up about a 4x4foot section of floorspace where a normal one would be 4 feet wide but might take up 10-12 feet along the wall leaving less room in an already tight secret area where space is at a premium.
In the previous season, they explained that Gus presided over the US territory under the graces of the cartel. In episode 3x9, Walt confronted Gus, saying that he believed Gus' intention in giving Hank a warning call was to pit the Mexican and American governments against the cartel, cutting off the supply chain going North. Since Gus had his own supply of the product (from Walt), he got to collect all of the profits for himself rather than pass them on to the cartel. In that same meeting, Walt asked what was supposed to happen at the end of the 3-month contract. Gus said it could be "open ended", meaning Walt had the freedom to work as long as he lived, or as long as he wanted, whichever stopped being true first. He also voluntarily raised Walt's salary from 12M annually to 15M annually, as a show of good faith. So, it wasn't originally a plot against Walt, Walt just happened to mess up Gus' plans by supporting Jesse, who was being reckless to the point of endangering the whole operation. Gus was happy to use Gale instead of Walt, but Gale talked Gus into using Walt as the primary manufacturer. So, Gale unintentionally caused his own demise.
If Walt didn’t have loyalty to Jesse I feel like they could of gone on and had a good operation for aslong ad Walter lived but he feels he needs someone he can have someone on his side who will be loyal to him at all times
On the other hand, when Hector & the Twins first came calling in Gus demanding vengeance against Walt for Tuco, Gus said he was “currently” engaged in business with Walt, but once that business was concluded, the twins were welcome to him. This tells me that at least at first Gus’s plan was indeed to just use Walt until Gale became proficient with his formula and then have him disposed of one way or another. The only question is was there ever REALLY a point where Gus believed Walt could truly be a genuine permanent Member of Team Pollos, or if the long term plan was always to squeeze Walt for his meth~making secrets and dispose of him eventually, and all the nonsense with Jesse just sped up the timeline. I’m actually leaning towards this being the case myself, but that’s the thing with Gus; he holds his cards so close that you can never really be sure.
I think it’s not necessarily that it was a plot against Walt from the beginning - I think the flashback is showing that Gus would never have selected Walt as his main cook if it weren’t for gale pushing him to do it, and then when it cuts immediately to him dead from jesses gun, we realize that none of this would have happened and gale would still be alive if he hadn’t given Gus the go-ahead essentially
He wasn't going to kill Walt in the beginning he was planning on just making Gale the assistant with Walt but with Walt always defending Jesse that got in the way and he knows he can't trust Walt he will choose Jesse over him when it comes down to something serious so that's when he desided to get Gale back as his assistant and let him learn Walts formula and then kill Walt and Jesse.
I'm sure they did that to serve as a cliffhanger. Jesse was clearly scared to do it, so him "moving" the gun and shooting somewhere else was a possibility.
It wasn't a plot against Walt lmao. Where did you get it from? Gus just didn't want to work with Walt (as explained now and also when he first met Walt at the restaurant) What this scene shows is that gale with his speech about Walt made Gus think and eventually it make him wonder working with Walt. That's it. Whatever happened later - it happened because of different things
As Bad-ass as Gus might seem standing there on the lab’ blood-red floor silently slitting Victor’s throat, you have no idea what other secrets of his might be lying just beneath the surface.
It is a huge mistake to not have a patreon in the beginning. You've already likely missed out on 2000 a month at least. Just put the full reactions up there. Do it now as you build your audience. Trust me. Each new subscriber and view, you're losing money. Don't lose money friend.

cool parenting move! 😂😂
( at 11:25), what do you mean rocks? I see no rocks there. Those are minerals...
He was seen at Gale’s apartment after Jesse shot him, that’s why Gus killed him with the box cutter. There were witnesses.
That, too. It also does send a message to Walt and Jesse that Gus will kill yo ass. 🤣
@@sidneyjacques.Yeah Victor actually made a number of mistakes that justified Gus killing him. It was a whole lot of shit tbh
That transition into tha ketchup always gets me bruh.
Cool, but nasty transition.

Denny's MVP of the mf breakfast league. Grand slams and all that. 👏😁
Spiral staircases have appeal and take up less space than a large staircase
The saving space makes sense. I'm just not a fan of the look.
Or four, Victor was seen at the scene of the crime.
The camera moved, not the gun.

RIP Bozo is crazy
That scene grosses me out then you add the Sounds
It was crazy and super graphic.
@ very much so ✌🏻🙂
…
Love your show man. 10/10. 👍🏿
Yeah, now you see why Doogan was inappropriate
Yeah, he's legit. I would like to see a little bit more ruthlessness like this from him.
