I believe that if Hank bring Walter in he too should go to jail for the corrupt way he went about the investigation… holding huell on false pretences, not booking Jesse(essentially kidnapping him in the eyes of the law) going in alone to take down a drug king pin and not letting your superiors know about it, advising skyler not to talk to a lawyer and offering her safety which he can’t give her… if a cop acted like this in real life surely anyone with a brain would want him to go to prison?

I can't stand Hank. He was always a jerk to Walt. Walt , the drug dealer, murderer, was ready to spare Hank. Hank on the other hand put his job over family. Hank sucks.

You asked how we felt about wanting Hank to win the first time watching - that is the trickiest and most captivating part of this show in my opinion is that you’re never rooting for just one person. I wanted Walt to get away, and I also wanted Hank and Jesse to get their win and know that Walt deserves to be locked up. The moment he gets handcuffs slapped on his wrist to me was a moment of mourning that the relationships between Hank/walt and Jesse/walt would likely never be repaired ever again. It was happy for Hank and at the same time devastating for Walt. Just my personal take on it! Can’t wait for the next one.

This show is so great. When it first came out my dad would tell me over and over I needed to watch it. And I refused to for some reason. Happened to be over at my dad's the week before the release of the last half of season 5, there was a marathon on and I caught like the last 15 minutes of one of the earlier episodes, I believe it was the one where Walt nuked Tuco's office with the fulminated mercury. It was so good, I went home and immediately started watching from the beginning. Watched the entire 5 seasons in one weekend, only stopping to eat & use the restroom. Finished it up just in time to get over to my Dad's to catch the 1st episode of S5 Part 2 with him.

The last few episodes solidify Breaking Bad as one of the best television shows in existence, if not the best. I say one of the best because personally I think Better Call Saul is better simply due to it being a prequel that fleshes out the entire universe in many different ways.
