【楊桃美食網】大黃瓜簡單作盤飾

- 材料:大黃瓜、柳丁
作法:
1. 取黃瓜剖半,約0.2公分厚度,切一刀留一公分不切斷,第二刀切斷,兩片黏在一起,再將黃瓜一邊折至中間頂住,排至盤中圍成圈狀;再將柳丁切薄片,圍盤邊即可。
2. 取黃瓜切四分之一去籽,切二刀不斷,第三刀切斷,將中間那片黃瓜對折至中間頂住即可。
3. 取黃瓜切四分之一去籽,切四刀不斷,第五刀斷,大拇指與中指捏住切口部分,將第二到四片的黃瓜對折至中間頂住即可;也可不對折,將黃瓜果肉部分不切開處(約三分之一)往內切留四分之一斜切,攤開黃瓜向前卡住即可。
4. 取黃瓜切四分之一去籽,切六刀不斷,第七刀切斷,將不切開處去皮預留2公分,大拇指與中指捏住去皮處,將黃瓜對折頂住,浸泡在水中10秒,取出即成立體狀。
