I love how she always answers the questions with sincerity and gets straight to the point Best of luck to you dear, have a wonderful time at BDA!!!! 🎉 🩷
Congratulations Alicia on your achievements and acceptance into BDA ❤️ You will be an awesome ballerina there and I hope your future endeavors are fruitful and great! My suggestion is to do a QnA with Misha before you leave for Beijing. Or probably do a vlog spending an entire day with him. 😊❤
Very gutsy move Alicia, congratulations, I hope your time at the BDA is all you dream of and more. I'm glad there is some family, and friends of family there. Blessings, I am excited for you 🎉❤🐨🦘
thats pretty incredible the beijing dance academy has amazing alumni so you'll definitely be getting thorough training. have you considered trying out folk dance while there too since their department is fantastic at that
couldnt help but notice your bookshelves i know thats not your content, but i’m so curious 😭 anyways good luck in beijing! sacrificing your uni experience because of how determined you are to be successful in what you want is a very mature decision 🫶🏼
How exciting! Congratulations and what immense accomplishments all the way around! I still hope to see you dance here at home at some point, but I know that's on the way back burner for you for more than your next 4 years 💖🩰
i’m from hk and a lot of the hong kong ballet company dancers are bda alumni and they’re amazing! i also have a friend who’s currently there but i haven’t been in contact with him for a while. wishing you all the best there! i’ve heard their training is amazing.
What an interesting audition video!!!!! Please continue creating content because I know we would all love to stay updated with you! Some of us are living through you girl!
Hey, congratulations! What amazing news! You're going to do great--I enjoy your dancing very much! China has such great ballet teachers and are very elegant, just like you! It's great that you have family in China and it is incredible that your mom is fluent in Mandarin and has been helping you practice. You will be fluent in no time!
not me watching this as a chinese asian xd. ngl i think the internet did say that mandarin is one of the hardest languages. But I ever watch some videos saying that if the ballet school is international, they will probably be able to say some other languages. Problem is that when it comes to communicating with the locals when needed... What is worse is that Alicia probably has yet to hear the chinese accent cuz it can be a killer to those who are new to Chinese 😭
does she mention her original plans in another video?? i feel like im missing just a tiny bit of context on that front either way its super exciting, n shes obviously been working so hard for it, i cant even imagine learning a language this fast to get to a level 4 language exam
Its crazy that you passed the level four language test after 1 year of studying!! Congratulations 🎉
Biggest jump scare of me LOL

Are you planning on posting vlogs, while being on China or would you maybe prefer to focus more on ballet and quit vlogs for some time?
I have so much fun filming, editing, and posting vlogs, so I definitely plan on doing vlogs once I get settled in 🫶
