Hey there everyone! Hope this helps :) Changing the background footage to the irl cards is a change to speed up the editing process. I don't have as much time as I used to and it's made it a lot harder to do the things I'd like. With this change, what would normally take about a week of editing only took 2.5 days, so I think that'll be great for getting more info out to you all. Anyway, thanks for watching! Have fun cooking!
Hey, the last turn vs Raiju, your math was off. They had 6 cards, 12k max in hand. You were attacking for 17 with full don, it was a deterministic kill at 17k attack. Just wanted to let you know!
Flampe is the second best 2k after Bege. You need her in the Nami match or its an auto loss. Also the Flampe Yamato combo at 10 don is crazy strong if you can pop a 5 or 4 cost and heal. You don't use her against blue but other matchups she rocks.
Hmm that Yamato Flampe play was something I hadn't considered. Pre-ban, I had already decided against Flampe in favor of the other cards and then post-ban, I added in Yamato. The interaction didn't occur to me, but it makes sense. I'll think that over a bit more c: definitely makes Flampe a bit more appealing
@dejd Without flampe, you can't manipulate your life and are relying on draws to get big moms. Flampe allows you to dig them out after using a Yellow 6 cost Newgate to organize life. Alternatively its okay to use Flampe blind to draw more cards. Nami will never have kill pressure on Pudding. Nami can accelerate to 24~28 cards in deck on her own but without counter events, she stalls hard. You can spend multiple turns searching for big moms and then chain them without attacking. Once you have 2 or 3 moms on board 13k swings should get you there. She only has 10 don a turn.
Most likely c: it turned what would have normally been like a 7 day editing job into 3 half days 😅 makes it a lot easier You guys just have to deal with seeing my apartment a bit more until I can get a dedicated space set up for this
@@WafflesTheAsianYenbear who cares your personality is what draws the attention to you anyway! so as long as you keep that focus on yourself, nobody really cares about the background because they’ll be looking at what your presenting because you are interesting
I don’t get the inclusion of vinsmoke. It’s a good idea, but realistically you’re using your first 2-3 turns ramping, once you get ahead on don!!, you’re likely to have more don!! than your opponent for the rest of the game, there’s no effects in this deck that return don!! cards to your don!! deck, maybe I’m wrong, but it seems like the conditions of vinsmoke are hard to reach if you’re doing your job.
I think I mentioned it in the video, but you won't be ahead of don when your opponent also hits 10. Reiju is for mid-late game to replenish your hand resources. Remember that she works when you have less than OR EQUAL don to your opponent :) most people forget that part
@@WafflesTheAsianYenbear Thanks, again, I’m new to the game, always just played Magic the gathering so I’m trying to learn how to play this game via TH-cam, I forgot that each player only has 10 don lol. This video was very informative and this deck will probably be my intro to the game, I like it, seems fun, good little value train and some impactful on play effects.
Lol I put the text on screen during the deck building part, but basically - I couldn't find my 9c Yamatos when filming (turns out they were in my Enel deck), so I used Oden as a joke 😅
I mean you know you play Big mom at 10 dons and play purple (st04-004 Kaido) in turn 4 and Pop his Field :D 10 Don Rest for Big Mom 10 Don -5 for Kaido...
Honestly, I've never tried it. It always seems a bit too memey, kind of like the all pacifista deck. If you try it, I'd be very interested in hearing the results
@WafflesTheAsianYenbear it actually works pretty well I made the deck very defensive and make the opponent work for removing characters and taking life won't be easy with 2/3 blockers on the field Since we are working to play and ramp to big bodies I noticed all thework gets removed by taking life and black KOing the 10 costs if they waste their removals on blockers and you can keep their hand size low by being aggressive and the st-20 linlin
With the Rush decks, I talked a bit about them in the matchup section, but as far as 9c Zoro goes, I'd recommend watching the Bonney game. The 10 costs put enough pressure that we make it work
@@WafflesTheAsianYenbear How to use these codes? I've been looking through the APP for 15 minutes and can not find a single spot where you can put a code of the deck...

Been waiting forever for a new video but this format is fun and it feels like this is what your channels direction heading to from the start 😊
Thank you so much! Your video was super comprehensive and I appreciate the step by step matchup plays. Definitely playing her as my first leader.
Heck yeah! I'm glad to hear that c: good luck!

Ah thank you for the correction! 😀
Team Star Boss Theme did not go unappreciated
I pulled most of the cards for this deck so I built her she’s fun
Great video! Love the techs but more than that love the thought put into every card and ratio!
🥺❤️
Been looking forward to playing this leader. 👀

Can you explain why it’s an auto loss vs nami?

I think people are going to catch on fairly quickly to not swing at Pudding on turn 2
That's fine c: you still ramp up to 9 don by turn 4. Not swinging at them avoids 10mom by 1 turn, but let's them have an extra life, so not a big deal

I wonder why there's a 8c Oden in deck lol

?? st-04-004 is King and the Kaido in that deck is the 9 drop. I'm quite confused lol
@@WafflesTheAsianYenbear Sorry i mean st04-003 Kaido (He has Rush and K.o 6 cost Dude)
Ah okay! Yeah he would be alright, but I personally don't like him putting us behind in don. It's more of a preference to include him or not :)
I hoped to find an answer here how to play against her. Can you explain that, too? :D
Short answer is fast decks that can spam out characters quickly (Zoro/Kalgara), but it's really going to depend on what leader you're using
No way Zoro is neutral bro...
How much time are you saving by saying C instead of COST.
Lol I've never kept track xD I imagine a lot in the grand scheme since it's been a habit for a while
Does cracker biscuit warrior combo fit in here?

Pudding dies to 9C Zoro and Rush (Zoro Kalgara) Any idea?

Animal Zoro folded me at my locals. I think adding Yamato and Queen is what I'll start doing
can you post the deck ??
Copy paste version is in the description :)
I would like to see your deck list pls
Here c: you can put this in the Bandai+ app.
