I watched 15 minutes of video WAITING to see the dirty water, the entire point of watching the video to begin with, and didn’t see a THING!!! C’mon dude!! I’m so disappointed!!
Sorry mate, I didn't think about it, if you text me on Instagram I will send you videos of that but I have only a portrait version. It is always important to get feedback. Thank you for it.
@akshaypushpan4558 if you compare EGT before and after you see a difference, I will try to make an extra video about this. It is also helpful after bird strike.
Hi I'm happy watching ur videos, I have a suggestion for u. Your videos are not at all highlighting the subject rather than your comments. I'm a regular viewer of STIG I think you should have understood 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Just add a clip of the dirty water of the cleaning in the next video please even though it is in portrait mode that is the most interesting part….. seeing how dirty the water is
Used to carry out this procedure on every engine that came across the test bed. Whether it came directly out of service or a freshly overhauled engine that came through maintenance.
This is funny to me because I worked for Lockheed and Rolls-Royce at Stennis Space Center as a Turbofan Test Engineer on the R&D for the Trent 900, 1000, and XWB. We washed our engines with a similar set-up, but we were on a man lift holding a 5000 psi spray nozzle while the engine was cranked on our test stand.
@@zeto.r, I'd much rather work at lower pressure! 5k is gnarly! Absolutely man! Any chance you get to visit an R&D facility, do it! I still have friends with Lockheed and Rolls-Royce at Stennis. It's been many years since I left there, in 2012, but I'll text a few of them and mention you if you'd like!

Wild. What sort of dirt or residue came out? How often (EFC/EFH) does it happen?
@@adammarley8456yes this whole procedure is about it from maintenance perspective, but if you want, text me on Instagram and I will send you video from behind during wash. I didn't postit bcs some people might say that I should not stand behind of the engine during wash. Again sorry to disappoint you
Well, I showed everything from the maintenance point of view I don't really care what is coming out of the tail. I care what comes from the connections which I removed, because that is important for maintenance
OK, so I’m like everybody else I was expecting to see some water come out of it or something to see what was inside. And there was nothing. This is disappointing andunsatisfying.
I have such a video, of course, the problem can be then with people in the comments that it is dangerous to be behind of engine during operation. I need to be careful what to show. But if you text me on Instagram I can send you one
Thanks for the tips, now I need to find a jet engine to apply my knowledge.
Good luck with that
Thanks... Tomorrow morning I gonna do a engine flush on my 777-300ER before going to work. Cheers
Good luck!

u dnt know the importance as concerned to a mechanic or engineer.
@@akshaypushpan4558 what do you mean?
i mean if ur not from engineering department u dnt know the importance of eco wash. ( its not a timewasting video)

Great video as always, I've never seen this procedure before, it's amazing 😍😀
It is amazing compared to Juniper and easier
I've been an airline pilot since 2000, and i never knew this was done!
It is done in most of the companies regularly 🙂

Wow, that is huge pressure we are using 60psi. Your job sounds cool one day I would love to visit such facilities

first time seeing this safety wire tool
You can't use it everywhere but it is helpful
First time for me too. I'm used to seeing traditional wire locking!
@@simonbaxter8001it is good but you are not allowed to use it everywhere
How often do you wash engines?
Thanks, Tomash! Good video again!
Thank you for support Zlatimir
So interesting! Thanks for the video
My pleasure
Very interesting, thank you very much!

I prefer the probes that installed from the back of the fan case. Much safer and simpler. This looks way too over engineered and easy to break.
Can you make a videos about a220 im curious, or how idraulic work like actuactor on wings ecc..ty
I'm not working on A220 so I'm not able to create video about it
Pls upload borescope and vbv inspection
th-cam.com/video/hLR_PEY5QbU/w-d-xo.html take look on this one
We needed to see that dirty water.
Yes I already know from all your reactions. I will make new video where ai will collect that water
So no actual engine washing. Can I have my 15 minutes back?
What did you expect?
@@zeto.r well given the title of the video “how to perform engine wash on aircraft” I did expect to see an engine on an aircraft getting washed
