    Seems like the right combination of treatments is accurate per your update. You are looking much better than the last video, and im very glad to see that!     Do you ever find you'd like to search for images by concepts/words? Seems like an AI classification approach might be useful.

      AI is definitely something to investigate. Not part of the initial design. Maybe a plug-in architecture to allow metadata updates generically?

    What insurance do you use? I’m having a hard time v choosing one

      I only have one choice through work. So I don't really get a choice lol. I would say if you are going to do IVIG or rituximab, you will hit your out of pocket maximum for sure, so that's basically the only thing that matters. They can't reject the drug treatment if you have the diagnosis from a doctor.

      ​@@wanderingmusic38I Wish you healing. I have Systemic Scleroderma and polymyositis and RA. Lost 50 pounds and need shoulder replacement. But what Scleroderma and RA did to my hands had caused real disability. Luckily I'm ambulatory. Remember keep up the spiritual prayers!!
