Ingredients:
Oil for saute
- 4 to 5 pcs. Smoke sausage
- 1 pc. Onion minced
- 3 Clove garlic minced
- 1 ½ cups Regular rice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Annatto oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun spice
- ½ cup Canned tomato
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 1 pc. Green bell pepper chopped
- 1 pc. Red bell pepper chopped
Season w/ black pepper
Toppings
Cooked sausage
Garnish
Parsley chopped
Lemon wedge
