    બિલકુલ સાચી વાત છે સર તમારી અમે પાણી પીએ છીએ અને બધા લોકોને પણ અમે કહીએ છીએ કે રોજ સવારે ગરમ બે ગ્લાસ પાણી પીવું જોઈએ એ પણ ઘણું ગરમ નહીં ઉફાળા વાળુ પાણી જય દ્વારકાધીશ જય ઉમિયા માતા

      ચાલવાનું રાખો , સવારે ગરમ પાણી પીધા પછી ઓછામાં ઓછા ૩૦ મિનીટ ચાલવાનું રાખો , બગીચામાં ચાલતા હો એમ ટહેલવાનું નથી, ઝડપથી ચાલો, થાક લાગે ત્યારે થોડો આરામ કરી ને ફરી ચાલો , કુલ ૩૦ મિનીટ રોજ સવારે ચાલો. આ જ રીતે નજીકના સ્થળે જવા માટે બાઈક નો ઉપયોગ કરવાના બદલે ચાલવાનું રાખો. આમ શક્ય હોય એટલું વધુ ચાલવાનું રાખો તો જ ગરમ પાણો પીવાનો ફાયદો થશે .
