I`m a fan of Hopkins and been watching him for a long time and i know that Hopkins didn`t fight the same way in every fight even in his younger days. example: for his first fight with Roy Jones he was very conservative with his punches and cautious at times,In certain other fights he was very aggressive,in certain other fights he was more conservative.Hopkins is a multidimensional fighter who adjusts to his opponent.And Chad said multiple times that he was weight drained in his fight with Ward.
That version of Hopkins Dawson fought is pretty much the same as a young Hopkins.A young Hopkins have never looked good against fast skilled fighters.Just watch Hopkins first fight with Roy Jones.And Ward fought a weight drained Dawson who had quit after a while cause he had nothing left as far as energy.The person you should lose respect for is Ward cause Dawson asked him for a catchweight and he refused.He let Dawson come down all the way to 168 in which he knew Dawson would be drained.
I`m still on the Bad Chad wagon.Andre Ward is afraid to take on Dawson at 175 cause he know that that`s Dawson`s healthy weight.Ward instead chose 168 to fight Dawson so he could weight drain him pacroid style cause he knew Dawson was a real threat.He only has the heart to fight Euro hype jobs and bums at their healthy weight.

I'm Bernard's biggest fan homeboy he was no where near the fighter he was when he was younger, at 46 he could still fight but not like a young Bernard could. Check him out in his younger days he threw hooks and double hooks all the time when he got older he reserved his punches and threw more straight rights. dominik cruz will dethrone conor yea I'm a right handed southpaw also, still in the amateurs tho I'm 18 but I managed to write with both hand left and right so basically I developed that pop in my left arm also
damn lol yeah i don't know why he's always switching trainers he must think it's helping him but i don't think it is lol he has to come up with 1 style to fight with and use that style instead of trying to switch his styles all the time lol i thought scully was the best fit for him
Dawson is overrated?Dawson beat Thomas Adamek,Tarver and Hopkins and Hopkins was still in his prime.Just go watch his first fight against Roy Jones and tell me which version of Hopkins is faster?And Dawson beat Tarver who went on to ko a top cruiser-weight in Allan Green.Ward is the one whose overrated cause his wins over Froch and Kessler are not all that.They are Euro level fighters and we all know Euro fighters are generally mediocre at best. Hopkins on the other hand is an all time great.
