@@dasja9966I don’t know for sure because I just came upon this channel, but maybe he bought the dogs from German breeders so he is speaking their native language. There is a lady here in the US in my city who has 2 German Leonbergers that she flew to Germany to buy and she speaks to them with German commands.

I've seen this one before a few years ago. At that time, I thought DD was threatening his dogs into submission and that they were being punished into obeying. But after watching his videos, he is the real deal. He's caring and he loves his dogs. I hope to meet this awesome gentlemen one day.

@@kommentatort3496dogs will not obey by being punished or abused or whatever you're insinuating. If you call training a dog abusive, you're wrong. I can tell you don't have dogs. Or you have a dog and it's the boss of you.
@@thenickfoxx there's a difference between leading and cruelty. I agree with you, he's not being cruel in any way to his animals. There is not a single path, and sometimes one path is not viable. I've used both methods of training, and reward based can be risky in its own ways, people don't realize this. But then, balanced is not an accurate description of your country, and much of rhe world sadly. People for some reason only think in absolutes.

This is trust.
I had 2 rotties (one is my avatar) and a chi/weenie with rottie coloration. I called them my 2 and a quarter rotties. I was able to do this ,too, with my three. But because they were rotts people were usually a little fearful of them - until they got to meet them.
It is such a pleasure to be able to walk like this with your dog(s).
You are so wonderful human being. If everyone had just a ounce of what you have in your mind body and spirit. There would be no hurt only love, gentleness and understanding. Dog Daddy you are LOVE!❤❤

My biggest issue is many expect their dogs to be this trainable..but not their 2 year old child...same level..mentally....then dump dog..because they did not teach kid to RESPECT THE DOG!

My German Shepherd wolf mix walks off leash with me. We have a deep understanding. The wolf in him likes to be a little unruly at times and also his size scares people so I'm very careful about where and when we walk off leash. I have deep admiration for what you do. Thank you.
