Totally agree , the rest is definitely the most underrated but also the most important, nobody like people who are talking too much ...same for guitarists. Indeed not easy for us guitarists to understand
Yes, your lesson is extremely helpful to enhance our phrasing with: "Rhythm, slides, hammer-on and pull-off, bending and vibrato". From other of your lesson there are: dynamics and put enough space between phrasing and repetition. Cheers from Indonesia.
I put on those really light gauge strings you recommended. That has really helped me with adding some of these techniques, especially getting bends to go where they are supposed to. Thanks, Brad!
Thanks for that good tuto. Looks simple butbends, pull-off and hammer-on are not simple to achieve. Do you mute the strings after your bends? A tablature would be much appreciated.
Hammer ons and pull offs seem so daunting at first but they’re pretty easy with effective practice! Love how cool they sound in songs! Keep up the awesome videos, Brad!

The lighter strings made a huge difference for me too! I’m definitely not going back to 10’s ever again! 😄
Very comprehensive lesson. Cheers
Great lesson. I wish someone had showed me this 30 years ago.
Me too!
How is it you only have 12k followers

Hey Freddy, what about hammer ons, pull offs, and bends is giving you trouble?

Rock on!
Cool video today.
Thank you! Glad you like it!
Isn’t that the Albert King box rather than BB?
Sure! Or we can just call it the King box lol
I believe those five notes in that position are called the Albert King box, not the BB box.
How about just the King box? 😂
Great! Thx.
Sounds like the gain is up a bit too high 😛
Boo. So much positive to take from this video.
@@jesslitton4874 I meant the audio in the video itself. Sounded like amp feedback.
