Atic Atac is currently something of a 'surprise hit' for me as far as the Ultimate games go (the ones featured on Rare Replay, anyway). Everyone raves abut Jetpac, Sabre Wulf, and Knight Lore, but when I tried this one out, something about it just clicked with me and I really ended up enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would.

I'm rather curious as to what the basis for this theme is. I know the Jetman games use the Jetpac Reloaded music as their basis, and Underwurlde uses an arrangement from the GBA Sabre Wulf game, but where did this come from? Is it another game that I'm not aware of, a unused track from the depths of Rare re-purposed, or is it the only original theme in the collection aside from the main theme? Would Rare (or Nimrod) have the answer to this perplexing question?
