मैंने तुरंत किताब आर्डर की। जब किताब शाम 8 बजे घर आयी , मैंने पढ़ना शुरू किया.....भोर के चार बज चुके थे, किताब खत्म ।
कांग्रेस और विपक्षी पार्टियों को आज तक समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि वे लगातार क्यों चुनाव हार रहें हैं, उनको ये किताब जरूर पढ़नी चाहिए, अन्यथा वे आगे भी चुनाव हारते रहें हैं।
मैं उत्तर प्रदेश से हुं, मैंने सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था(2017में) की बीजेपी यहां सरकार बनाएगी।
यहां 2019 में,विपक्षी दल, सपा( यादव+मुस्लिम) और बीएसपी (जाटव+मुस्लिम) उपर उपर गठबंधन कर रहे थे।
और भाजपा जातियों की नैनो-मैनेजमेंट कर और बूथ पर जबरदस्त किलेबंदी कर रही थी।
मैं अपने जिले सोनभद्र का उदाहरण देता हूं, सोनभद्र में 4 विधानसभा क्षेत्र हैं,
1) राबर्ट्सगंज( भुपेश चौबे-ब्राहम्ण)
2) घोरावल (अनिल मौर्य- पिछड़ा)
3) ओबरा- (संजीव गोंड-SC )
4) दुद्धी- ( हरीराम चेरो-ST)
जिलेवार सभी General-OBC-SC-ST को जोड़ा गया,
अगर आप उत्तर प्रदेश के किसी भी जिले का उदाहरण लें सब में आपको ऐसी जातियों का गुलदस्ता दिखाई देगा।
दूसरी स्ट्रेटजी, बूथ लेवल पर, सर्वाधिक संख्या वाली जाति या फिर प्रधान जी या हारे हुए प्रधान पद प्रत्याशी को बूथ अध्यक्ष बनना और जिले लेवल पर पद देना /अपने से जोड़ना।
मैं अपने गांव अगोरी खास का उदाहरण देता हूं,
मेरे गांव की सबसे बड़ी जाति
1)केवट जाति = 45%-सपा,बसपा , भाजपा सभी में थोड़ा थोड़ा बंटा हुआ था 2014 से पहले।
2014 के बाद , रामप्रताप साहनी ( प्रधान जी) को पिछड़ा मोर्चा का जिला उपाध्यक्ष बना दिया गया, उनके समर्थकों ( मनीराम साहनी - बूथ अध्यक्ष, बजरंगबली साहनी- सेक्टर संयोजक, रामबली सिंह - युवा मोर्चा मंडल अध्यक्ष) को संगठन में पद दिया गया।
रिजल्ट हुआ कि , हमारे गांव के सारे केवट जाति बीजेपी के खाते में चली गई।
2) यादव = 25% हैं , पहले भी और आज भी सपा के साथ ही थे।
3) अनूसूचित जाति= 20 %
पहले बसपा के थे, अब कुछ भाजपा में गये हैं।
4) अनूसूचित जनजाति= 10%
पहले बिखराव था, अब पूरा भाजपा का ।
5) सवर्ण= ब्राह्मण, ठाकुर ,बनिया आदि पहले भी भाजपा के साथ थे , आज भी हैं।
इतनी अच्छी किताब,नई बीजेपी पर मैंने आज तक नहीं पढ़ी न सुनी, आधुनिक बीजेपी की गीता ।

जिसको भी लगाता है भाजपा बार बार चुनाव क्यों जीत रही है , उन सभी को यह किताब जरूर पढ़ना चाहिए।
खासकर विपक्षियों को।
