    The Camry and its trim levels reminds me of the Chevrolet trims Biscayne, Bel Air, Impala, Caprice of the 1960's and 1970's. Even the base Camry, 45 years later, has 50% more horsepower, 100% better fuel economy, 20% better performance, less maintenance requirements, better braking, 50% less or better emissions for only twice the price.

    On 7:54, after engine start, why does the car chassis goes down at first, then move over? Is it a special technique?

    • @christiansummers7184
      @christiansummers7184 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Answer: when he went to show off the manuvers. He did NOT disengage the EPB (electronic parking brake) there for causing the suspension movement downward. Hence why you should disengage the EPB because doing what he did cause a tremendous amount of damage.

    Driving my girlfriend's Camry SE on the highway at 90mph and seeing the fuel economy reading of 39mpg was actually shocking to me; in a good way. It have to reluctantly admit that it may be the best car available in spite of the minor flaws. I think the LE is better value and plusher right quality for a lower price.

    I really liked the car until you mentioned the electronic parking break. If the electrical system goes out, the emergency brake won't work. At some point, the electrical system is bound to go out and, in an emergency, you are screwed. An electronic emergency brake really sucks.

    • @8877Lego
      @8877Lego 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Karen Olson, lower trim levels have foot operating manual emergency brakes.

    • @TheCptncrunchify
      @TheCptncrunchify 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I don't see you complaining about the electric blind spot detection. What happens when that goes out too and you've gotten so lazy you never manually check your blind spot? BOOM!

    • @GrantMerle
      @GrantMerle 4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      How often do you need an ebrake for an actual emergency though? As long as the cars in park I’d imagine it’s not going anywhere juice or no juice

    • @josueosorio5412
      @josueosorio5412 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Parking brake is enabled when shifting to Park. And it disables when shifting from park to any gear. You can also apply the brake manually pushing a button .
      I wouldn’t pay attention to that guy lol

    A combination of 203 hp, 0-60 in under 8 seconds and 30mpg combined in a spacious, reliable car for a reasonable mid 30K price is hard to beat. So what is wrong with it? Here is a short list. 1. The body is too low to the ground which can scrape the underbody and nose when driving over sidewalks and parking blocks. 2. The front doors swing so far away from the body that they are hard to reach when closing them. 3. Awful dashboard/headunit layout was actually better and more integrated when it was introduced in 2018. Hyundai is actually better at designing a dashboard. 3. The engine noise really comes into the cabin under hard acceleration and not in a good way. 4. Cheap fuzzy carpet holds dirt even after vacuuming. 5. Poor front seating and headrests, but that is true of everything in this price range. 6. Steering wheel controls aren't intuitive. 7. Lastly, this weird, the LE is actually better looking than the higher trim levels as the front styling of the SE really traps bugs and dirt.

    10:44 no you didn’t 😂😂 any way man I work for Toyota and I own quite a few which are a 2014 Corolla S and a 2015 Avalon Limited. my newest purchases are a 2020 RAV4 in Ruby Flare Pearl and a 2020 Camry XLE V6 in Windchill Pearl with Driver Assist Package with Options. I wanted to get the Avalon but my dealer didn’t have any in stock.

    I’ve noticed in your videos that you film at the park during the driving portion you hit those speed bumps pretty hard . I guess when it’s someone else’s car it doesn’t matter and not your personal car just noticed on a lot of your videos. Otherwise good video.
