Hearing and listening are NOT the same thing. One is automatic the other requires intentional thought. Being a great listener takes practice as shown here in this fun game
You're right MOMS, listening requires a lot more intentionality. Indeed, the reason we are all born with 2 ears & 1 mouth is not that we should listen twice as often as speaking, but that listening requires twice as much effort!
Mark. I use this a lot but i also talk about CHANGE. How difficult change can be but one we incorporate change and embrace it allowing ourselves to make them and take it lightly. We get better and it isnt that difficult. Thanks
