after loose the knot....it's OK...but all positions are change....left sided guy comes with right side and right sides guy comes left side....!!! then what will be do to get original position of all guys which are standing on startup position!

But they didn't succeed and I don't think it's possible to succeed. Done this activity countless number of times and I don't think there's a way for the same person to be on your right / left as the beginning. Anyone know how this is possible?

Yes! Participants just need to “flip” the entire circle inside-out… this is achieved by one person walking across to the opposite side of the circle and going under a set of hands, and then all participants follow going under the set of hands until everyone has flipped direction. The end result is everyone facing inside the circle with arms straight.

I just hate team building exercises. I usually try to book holiday on the day they are planned at work so that I can avoid them. They are boring, cringe worthy and achieve absolutely nothing and usually piss off over 50% of those taking part.
