Oh man, this is one of the best working shifter design I have seen so far. The H mode is just spot on, the sequential mode just need a different cam profile to make it feel like real one. If you have plan to build more, count me in, I need one for my sim ride.
I've been working on designing my own shifter controller and have been trying to come up with something that can easily convert from an H-pattern to a sequential shifter with minimal tools and effort. Hello.instead of unscrewing that peace to make it H pattern you can buy from Dirak a fastener with a knob,it will make it may more easier (quick release system)

A laser cut and CNC, you're lucky. You have changed the switches and the ball bering is now on the top,what have improved in your design?

Awesome job! Did you use ball joint bearings in both main axis suport (lontigudinal axis)?
for the longitudinal axis I only used plastic spacers, this is sufficient.
