*I love seeing what people do with their islands.* As my island is far too small to try everything myself, and I need some more ideas. I do not "flatten" my island, but rather, eventually I see an area of accumulated junk and repurpose that small area towards a greater vision that I eventually get.
My island is too crowded, and I have already built my 8 human character houses and all the real buildings that I can, and so I build some faux buildings, because apparently my crowded island is not crowded enough. There is always room for "just one more".

Yay you got your wrapping done!! I made my LAST (probably not my actual last) stocking filler trip today and will finish up my wrapping tonight, including wrapping my Santa Gifts. I’m excited to just stay home and cook (and drink) for the next two days. 😂
