@ZoneFighter1 So true. Lockdowns, etc, are a SCAM to wipe out the middle class. Sadly, that's working. Heard this morning that Nevada, Arizona, and Florida each have a 50% rate of people being behind in rent and mortgages. Poor people are easier to control. "Do as we say and we'll see to it that your family gets fed."
“Don’t eat yellow snow,” and “Don’t pee into the wind.” are two fairly self-explanatory ones that are appropriate for almost any dumb ass friend you have.
I’ve been in management for many years and now I’m a business owner. This is great advice. Having a plan and having the right crew is hugely important.
From my own personal experience: 1. Make yourself irreplaceable. Figure out how to do something not many people can do and do it really well. 2. Write a book one word at a time. First you have a word, then a sentence, then a paragraph, a chapter, and before you know it you have a novel. Great stuff Mike. I love your channel.

Mr. Franzeze, your content really is some of the best content on youtube. Your perspective on life is very rare considering where from where you came from. Nothing but respect sir and thank you for sharing your life lessons/experiences with us 👍
What is really remarkable is that I hear this kind of advice all the time, but hearing it here, with the stories, the wording (don't get killed in your pajamas, love that), it sticks so well. I'm seriously never going to wake up late ever again after learning this. Heck, I'm going to hang this advice up on my wall (you could consider making framed posters with this stuff!)

When people in America ask me why Asian students do so well in school, I tell them that there are three reasons: Parents, Parents, and Parents! Parents used to stop by our classrooms after school and thank us for being such good teachers. Some even took us too lunch.
Exactly! Prepare for the next day, no clutter, early riser (I’m up by 5am), self learning, review my day (to do list), exercise, eat well, seize the day.
Beautiful advice. I've followed these rules throughout my endeavors and these seemingly simple tactics kept me safe, one step ahead of society, and most importantly kept that fire burning. That desire to conquer your life can either grow or burn out. Keeping the fire burning is the #1 rule that trump's all else 🔥
All 5 of these things go so well together, if you got a crew who goes by the same rules, you are delegating to people who will have a plan when they run into a problem and won't call you not knowing what to do, but will call you with the issue and their plan to take care of it, and you just gotta sign off or not. Brilliant. This video gives me the taste to get back in business. On a different note, it's funny how when you have a plan and it works, the money lending goes right along with it, whether you want it or not, you'll be asked. You know you are doing it right when the opportunities you pursue open more and more opportunities. I know a lot of people watch Michael's videos for the romance of the mob life, but what he says will generate success in any context. Thank you for the words of wisdom Mr. Franzese, and God bless!
I always try to make an effort to watch all uploads from Michael every chance I get. You never know when we may not get another video from this wise gentleman.

Hire the right crew and let them have at it. Give them support and the right tools so they succeed, which ultimately allows the business or boss to succeed. NO micromanagement from the boss man. A good boss should only step in when required.
