@@rebecca9937 actually Turkish contractor who built this road has also tarmac all the road leading to social amenities like hospital and government offices both within marsabit and moyale although that works isn't included in initial contract .they did it as charity.the marsabit and moyale town is now beautiful although it still lack sewage system
