this song was written by the lead singer after his dog died. It is about his dog. NOW, if you go back snd listen to it again, it has a completely different vibe…. ❤️
I came to say this, most think it's a love song to a woman lol. He hated that when he told people he was sad because he had to put his dog down, they laughed and couldn't understand why he was so upset....... SO he wrote this one!

Back in the 90's, I was in the United Marine Corps, I told my girlfriend..."listen to this song " She listened, told her " Dedicated it to her, because it was from my heart, we've been together for 30+ years, and she still my love. SHE'S been there for me through my bad times and still love her to this day. I cry when I here this song, because she has been there for me.
My wife never heard of Tesla before she met me. We were on 2 different musical paths. She was a New Wave 80's girl (Boingo, Yaz, Go Go's, etc) and I was a metal head. She loves Tesla now. Been together 31+ years. Cheers!

So, in April of 95' I worked with Tesla at a place called the Electric Ballroom in Tempe Az.
Crazy day, but after we closed the stage down, Brian and Frank (Bass/Guitar) at that time, well Frank played my brand new Gibson Les Paul I had just got. And we smoked a bit, and both Brian and Frank signed it. Spent a good amount of time hanging out with them, they were great and really even better live.
A couple years ago I had the guitar resprayed with 5 coats of Nitro to protect the signatures. A prized possession.
Thank you for checking them out, Tesla is looked past a lot on these channels.
