    Great stuff here, Coach! Where can I find information on the O Line technique regarding how they “club”?

      Club when the defender gets hip to hip with the OL. Sometimes timing doesn't always work out because we kick step for a 1 count. So if defender is not hip to hip we will just release on our track...
      When the defender is hip to hip because of their rush our non club hand will strike near shoulder and then we will club in the middle of the spine just below the shoulders. Hand motion that happens very quickly.
      Good for interior OL because the rush happens more quickly as opposed to OT's who are playing out in space when the ball is snapped.
