Don't a lot of animal families sleep in one big pile though? It used to be pretty common even among humans, usually in peasant or poor families that lived in one house. It conserved the warmth during cold seasons.
Fallout 4 defied a lot of Fallout's actual lore. Ghouls need food and water to survive, as seen in Fallout 1, not in Fallout 4! Billy the ghoul has been in a refrigerator for over 200 years and didn't drink or eat anything.
Do puppys not sleep all together in a pile with their elders? that is the most logical way for social animals to sleep, and has been the norm with for a bunch of different human cultures for hundreds of years, the fact that you see it as inappropriate rather than comforting says more about you and your upbringing that about the situation.
Personally, I was just thinking that a: the Elder monsters are explicitly described (albeit later in the video) as "looming over" the rest, and b: the Elder involved in that scene was described as sleeping _on_ the children. They're clearly rather squishy creatures; would it not be better for the smaller to lay atop the bigger, instead?
Hoi4 sucks, everything's automated and A.I directed all the player does is narrate the country from a top down position... You set things up click go and bang you've won WW2 within 3 hours. In the words of Benjamin Magnus "It's almost like it's an unfinished game"
Well nonetheless it's a serious downgrade from its predecessor Hearts of Iron 3. Hoi4 is just more basic in every sense, more realistic in a sense because there's no way someone could micromanage a war like you do in Hoi3 but Hoi4 is basically WW2 automated... You set things up like so and you will always win NP, the game makes no sense, Ethiopia can become the world empire just by building some factories and steamrolling more factories, research tech, change production, make battle plans, press go, you've won the game congrats. Oh and the DLC is a rip-off (for $10 or £7 you can now puppet nations as a fascist country... Wow)
Fallout Shelter has the major drawback of many things taking many, many hours to do, during which time you actually have very little to directly do yourself. It'd result in a 30min video of three days of content heavily edited down.

It's about being a general.. Generals don't control every little thing. They make plans, and tell the soldiers to execute that plan.
