    Very good explanation, it is nicely presented by you in a very short duration but the problem is of prominence, it is not visible or problem in understanding due to the fixed camera.
    Overall it is very fruitful.
    It is boosting to the student such as me.

    Does someone know the difference between the anterior and posterior sacral foramina?

      The holes on the front of the sacrum are anterior and the holes on the back are posterior. The nerves that come off the spinal cord pass through the holes. Anterior rami (branches) pass through anterior foramina and posterior rami pass through posterior foramina.
