I've had a good experience with my Bazuka tube. The quality and ease of use of this product is excellent. However, I selected the standard, 5" version that has a ~4.5" internal diameter and it is proving too small for my tuna popping/stickbait rods and surf spinning rods, which have very large line guides. I had to get a Plano Jumbo Rod Tube with a diameter of around 8" to accommodate my kit. The Flambeau Bazuka Pro was a too small for my requirements as it would have just been big enough to fit a tuna popping rod and two offshore rods.
hows the bazooka held up if you used it? i just got one.
Is there a way to secure this to a truck? Perhaps surf racks or side bed railing?
Im looking for a Storage case like this. But im wanting it to be able to accommodate my reel also ( a complete fishing rod) not just the rods. Can you recommend any to me?
I have 2 Nice Penn rods i'm taking off to college but i don't want to take a chance with them getting stolen or broken in transportation.
