For 42k please get rid of the stick holding up the hood. It is about time to release the shark, get rid of the fin. Lastly go with automatic folding exterior mirrors.
This has been what ive been waiting for! Thanks for covering it. Ill probably aim for the SEL convenience for price per features value....but i really want ventilated seats and gotta go limited for that.
Coming out of a 4xe wrangler lease in spring.. Ready to go ev vs phev.. Drive some others i5 Def tops list.. So planning order one in couple weeks or few.. To try align delivery to a couple months ahead of lease end... Can't wait. Jeep was a bucket list lease, fun car, but, since I'm not an off roader, lot of things didn't like.. Lost drive, loud drive, crap mileage when not in e mode.. Anyway.. Looking forward to it.. Hopefully the pricing holds up into 2025,and this jeep has a little equity(might be pipe dream)...
They are slowly hitting the lots now. Just bought mine. It’s getting some extra care at the dealership this weekend. Pick her up Monday 😃 Still wish it was available in Rockwood green.
Also do not like how low the rear turn signals are. 2025 model rear turn signals are a little lower still. I have a 2024 Tucson Limited & very much like it. Hyundai/Kia had other models with rear low turn signals & have moved some of them up into the regular taillight assembly. Should do the same with the Tucson.
@@tapper701 any issues with you Tucson rear signal placement from any drivers? I will say if they can’t see your rear signals they’re following you too closely
I've seen a few SUVs with their turn signals in the lower area and didn't have any issues seeing if they wanted to turn or change lanes. If you can't see it then you're following too closely and/or you didnt set up your seat properly, making you barely able to see over the hood of your car.
Very good review! It’s on the list…only head scratcher is the fingerprint sensor…seems unnecessary…who’s worried about someone stealing their driver profile? And, you need your key to get into the car to begin, so why use the fingerprint to start the car…Unless they are testing it for some future use, seems useless at this point…interested how this compares to the Sportage, its sister vehicle…I’ve driven that…
I think the idea is you would use your smartphone or smart watch to open the vehicle and then use the same device to be able to start the vehicle. The fingerprint is a way to quickly change profiles and supposedly also allows you to start the car by itself but I have never tested it fully.
@@CarsMadeSimplehmmm. Unless you can use your fingerprint to unlock the car kinda useless. Seems like a Hyundai interior feature that will age terribly.
@@CarsMadeSimple Thank you for your response. Thank you cars made simple, Auto fold mirrors are available n the Mazda CX5 . I still feel with the price of 42K+ for the limited with so much this option should at least be offered in such a competitive market. Have a sweet day!

@@kevindowney5770 getting really annoyed about this. Since I street park, auto-folding mirrors were a feature I was really wanting. They could have at least offered it in an add-on package.
I think the Tucson and Sportage Hybrids are the best buys in the mid-size SUV class.
Another thorough and informative video!

Prices are nutz! My 2020 2.0t Limited was just under 40k. Now 42k for a Tucson 51k for a fully loaded Santa Fe.
You do get a bit more feature this year around and the Santa Fe fully loaded is a lot more premium than the last gen Santa Fe.

Thanks for the note about the spare!
When I have a little time, I will actually try to fit one inside to confirm. Maybe in my next Hybrid video.
I think a spare should be in every car hybrid or not. Toyota provides a spare in every hybrid Camry

Great job! Why are the rear turn signals down in the bumper? How can you see them down there?
They want to prevent tailgating
WOW! That key fob is the size of a smartphone and looks like it was designed in the 80s…come on Hyundai…
Thanks!
You're welcome! Thank you for the support!
I just put a deposit down on the Ultimate red 2025 Limited gasoline model I'd love to see a review of it.
That will look SHARP! I have seen one Ultimate Red Limited driving around in my area.
Nice review. Can you please upload a video about Tucson Hybrid blue model?
Coming very soon! I didn't have time this week to film one but hopefully early next week.
@@CarsMadeSimple if u can make Blue and SEL hybrid comparison all together thts also good
That’s literally the car I’m waiting to arrive in Texas, latest update is November on the lot
You could drive this one home! 😁 It's a great looking vehicle.

Raise up the blinkers & tail lights
Nice looking SUV what motor options due u have to choose from in this model
Solely the 1.6T + Electric Motor. 231 HP and 258lb-ft of torque.
I own a 2024 Kona preferred and I have developed a bumping sound in the front end when I drive over bumps trying to figure out what caused it.
Do you also make a test drive video/pov?
Yes, I plan on doing so for this vehicle.
@@CarsMadeSimple look forward to it 😃
Disappointed that the tuscon does not have power folding Mirrors at 40to 42 grand
really showed the hate for the keyfob by just dropping it in the cup holders lol
😂. It's not liked by anyone I talk to. It's HUGE and doesn't incorporate the physical key.
This car seems perfect, but I'm worried about how low those rear turn signals are and they aren't even LED. Do you think that's an issue?
I worry about that too but this is their rear turn signal design since Tucson 2022 redesigned

$42k > $55k total cost after 60 month finance. Crazy.
No spare tyre is an immediate fail in what is an otherwise very worthy choice!

Why no auto fold mirrors and passenger lumbar support for 42K??? Bummer Hyundai!
You have to remember, many of these features aren't found in the competition either for the given price point.
