It's all a matter of preference. You can choose to use them or not use them. I use boots on all of my rigs, whether they are electric, nitro or gas powered. It's entirely up to the owner.
Yes that is correct however I was stating boots cause drag! Thats all. I dont care if you run them or not I just do not use them in my rigs! You can definitely feel a difference with out them…..on the baja platform anyways! They are staying in my high end MCDs!

They both roll the same, and to me the difference is very minute, and the parasitic loss is very little. But I don't race mine, I just bash them, and I know parasitic loss can make a lot of difference in a race car. I'm just not sure how much of a difference there would be in an r/c.

Hey Jeff I bought a losi 5B off a buddy it had low run time and the obr 30.5 been giving me issues the reeds were bad when u got it I put new in and still chasing a tune also at idle it will rev up n down and sometimes will cut out if not on the gas I checked the gaskets around the carb everything seems fine a few guys said maybe the seal on the crank any ideas man and sorry if you having issues with the dog they are fam 🙏
Hey brother it sounds like an air leak issue! Could be a fuel issue too make sure you got a solid fuel line and no bubbles . Also make sure your tank is always good n full for tuning because even at a half tank the fuel can get away from the filter and let a little air in. I forget to keep my tank full when tuning at times from excitement, lol it happens! And yeah brother my best old buddy is getting really old hes got a degenerative nerve thing going on in his back legs and he needs a lot of help. Its not at all painful though! Hes so full of life other than that! It breaks my heart man hes all I have here at home and I will be at such a loss without him in my life. It makes a grown man cry like a baby! I cant help it! My heart is huge and something like loosing a dog is going to be even harder than a woman leaving me I married forever you know!!
@@eastsiderc yea I know what ya mean with dog I got 3 my one dog passed and I cried my eyes out but he went threw addiction beside me and never judge me man so yea it gets hard when fam dogs pass we are all here for ya brother 🙏💪 the buggy I'm not sure what else it could be and I tried to use a spray bottle with gas around the carb n didn't do anything so I fig its good there man it's been a pain this buggy lol 😂

Do you recommend the zenoah g320rc or the stock rovan 36cc. Is there much difference between them
Huge difference, get the Zenoah you can buy it also from fearless RC. Hands down much better engine. Paired with a Taylor side pipe it rips balls.
