I have a question: you can create alias domains, but if we are both logged in as independent users, we cannot use the same alias domain. Is there a solution to this problem? Or would it be best to manage the account as "one" person and use the same entry point for me and my partner as we have split the company 50:50?

Hey Nikita, Welcome! You will need to setup your DNS and account. I suggest setting up Google Workspace first, then wait and until that is working correctly before deleting your siteground setup.

Do you have a video or help to understand how best to proceed. I believe that since I created the Google Site under my personal Google account it would need to be removed from that account. You can duplicate the site on your new account. Then remove the old site. You will have to unlink your domain from other assets like an email provider if you are using one.
Stewart! When I am sending my emails in Google Workspace it is not using my logo. It is still a big pink T. It is showing my logo in all areas on my email but not on emails being sent to customers. Will Klaviyo be able to use the alias Hello@businessname too?

Last year I used a previous one of your videos to get a free business email from google. I have purchased a google domain name too, This business email I set up last year has incoming but I think google changed it during the time I was setting up and I cannot send emails with the business address. I worry that even incoming emails may fail. For this reason I tried to set up the google workspace to ensure my email address which is on my publicity continues. Hey! I'm glad! Thanks for sharing. Yes you can navigate back through that process for a free email. However, you will never get the deliverability with a free email. We always recommend that businesses eventually setup a business email through a provider like Google Workspace.
Hello Stewart, I really need assistance. Google workspace is wanting me to direct my MX email records to their domain. I cannot do that with my domain provider. If I direct one email it moves them all. Did I set my account up incorrectly? If so how do I correct it. This is beyond frustrating. I hope you can help.
@@StewartGauld Yes and I am being told that you cannot redirect your MX record, and have it be applied to only 1 email address. It will apply to all of my private emails associated with my domain. Meaning all of my email addresses will be redirected to Google Workspace. I even goggled the question, and it says when setting up MX records, you cannot direct a single email address from one platform to a different provider; MX records apply to the entire domain. I cannot find a work around, so I am looking for an alternative to Google Workspace. All I need is for my client facing email address to show my company name and not my CRM's name.

Hi, I need help troubleshooting a problem. I'm trying to sign up for a my Google workspace account after my trial has finished but my payment cards to work with Google. Now I am stuck on the Review Payment screen. I'd like to cancel the process and start all over again but it won't let me go back. Google has my domain name so I can't start fresh. As long as the payment process doesn't go through they won't release the domain name associated with the account.

You just need to do this one time with one email connected to the domain.

I would use the account owners first name and then will accounts like info, just add these as email aliases.

hi thankyou for this video, i made my account but in the directory it says my account is suspended? but when i check under users it says my account is active and when i try to send a test email it also arrives in my inbox. Do you have any idea why it gives a suspended notification? But the email is working as far as know so should i just leave it?

This is super helpful, but i am just wondering, do you have to worry about which country you set it up in? I am currently in america so my IP address is taking me to google USA. If i purchase a domain on the USA workspace will i be affected if my business is not american? I just happen to be here right now?

When getting a domain through google space, does that also mean that we actually bought domain name or website ?

So like even after you purchase the email through google space, and Or , when you sign up with a domain name, does that automatically mean you have bought a domain name with the email. Hi, I need help troubleshooting a problem. I'm trying to sign up for a my Google workspace account after my trial has finished but my payment cards to work with Google. Now I am stuck on the Review Payment screen. I'd like to cancel the process and start all over again but it won't let me go back. Google has my domain name so I can't start fresh. As long as the payment process doesn't go through they won't release the domain name associated with the account.
