Right now I am using a business email (my domain) on Siteground (provider) but the merge is extremely slow and I have sometimes to wait 1 hour to come the mail form the Siteground webmail to mail gmail account.
If I set up a new business email through Google workspace and I delete the one on Siteground, will I get the emails instantly into my gmail account when someone will write me an email on my business mail?

Welcome!
You will need to setup your DNS and account. I suggest setting up Google Workspace first, then wait and until that is working correctly before deleting your siteground setup.
Thanks for your video, I did this to one of your older tutorials. I have two email addresses to my business do you know if I should add both to my dmarc records? There seems to be conflicting ideas out there saying it is possible but, they can cause problems adding more than one email address?
You just need to do this one time with one email connected to the domain.

I appreciate it. You can head into your admin account and cancel your subscription plan. Or simply do not add your payment details if you haven't done so already.

Hi Stewart, Thank you so much I have been able to set up much of my business using your videos great to have a fellow Kiwi as a guide. Last year I used a previous one of your videos to get a free business email from google. I have purchased a google domain name too, This business email I set up last year has incoming but I think google changed it during the time I was setting up and I cannot send emails with the business address. I worry that even incoming emails may fail. For this reason I tried to set up the google workspace to ensure my email address which is on my publicity continues. I now worry that all I need at this early point in my business is a workable business email address coming into my gmail account. Is there a way to do this without paying for Google workspace please?
Hey! I'm glad! Thanks for sharing. Yes you can navigate back through that process for a free email. However, you will never get the deliverability with a free email. We always recommend that businesses eventually setup a business email through a provider like Google Workspace.

Yes you can migrate your emails and contacts over to you new account.

I just found your tutorials and they are great. I went to workspace to set up a simple email with my own domain but I didn't understand the cost that's associated with workspace. I simply want to have my current work emails forwarded to the new email but I now can't access it without paying for workspace. The email I created will now only go to the workspace payment page and I can't back out of it. How do I gain control of that email address that I started to set up in workspace to use outside of workspace?

Hmmm. You will need to purchase GW if you want a business email through them. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve.
Hi Stewart. Thanks for your great videos. I run half a dozen different domains with attached email accounts. Will Gsuite support email addresses from different domains or is it one domain per account? Im currently with Bluehost but I am moving to Cloudways and they don't support email addresses. Im thinking of Gsuite as one of my options. Thanks Stuart

Should I (as the owner) create a new info@ email and make this the main address for workspace and use something like a firstname@ as an alias for me and my employees each get a real firstname@ with own calenders etc.? Or should it be Kind of the other way around: Make a more personal firstname@ as the main account for myself just like for my employees and then maybe an additional info@ in Order to also have a google account with a calender for the info@?
Additional info: I want my assistant to send calender meetings/invites (and also all orher customer support mails) via the info@ so I have to have a real google account for the info@ and therefore an additional licence for it, right?

I would use the account owners first name and then will accounts like info, just add these as email aliases.

Me and my business partner have now decided to use Google Workspace.
I have a question: you can create alias domains, but if we are both logged in as independent users, we cannot use the same alias domain.
Is there a solution to this problem?
Or would it be best to manage the account as "one" person and use the same entry point for me and my partner as we have split the company 50:50?

Hi Stewart. Great video! Thank you. I have tried setting up my Google Workspace but am getting the message that my domain name is already in use. I think I made a mistake when trying to set this up. Do you have a video or help to understand how best to proceed. I believe that since I created the Google Site under my personal Google account it would need to be removed from that account. But I don't want to lose my Google Site or Blogger. Thank you for any direction.
You can duplicate the site on your new account. Then remove the old site. You will have to unlink your domain from other assets like an email provider if you are using one.

I send emails to my customers in the U.S. I get blocked sending emails to the customers very often because of the IP of my domain. Stewart! When I am sending my emails in Google Workspace it is not using my logo. It is still a big pink T. It is showing my logo in all areas on my email but not on emails being sent to customers. Will Klaviyo be able to use the alias Hello@businessname too?

I would create a another email account/user if it will be managed by someone else.
so basically you need a website first then you can have business email, this is what says in this video, a domain first
Not a website but yes a domain. Google Workspace helps you with this.
hi thankyou for this video, i made my account but in the directory it says my account is suspended? but when i check under users it says my account is active and when i try to send a test email it also arrives in my inbox. Do you have any idea why it gives a suspended notification? But the email is working as far as know so should i just leave it?

Hi, I need help troubleshooting a problem. I'm trying to sign up for a my Google workspace account after my trial has finished but my payment cards to work with Google. Now I am stuck on the Review Payment screen. I'd like to cancel the process and start all over again but it won't let me go back. Google has my domain name so I can't start fresh. As long as the payment process doesn't go through they won't release the domain name associated with the account.

I bought a professional Google Workspace email BEFORE, then purchased my website through Weebly. Because of this, I am having trouble 1) verifying my site on Google Workspace and 2) Connecting professional email to Weebly website. (I didn't find out that I could have connected to Google Workspace directly from Weebly until after the fact. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
I would either get in touch with Weebly or Google Workspace for support. They can usually help you out.

If you locate apps in the top right hand corner you should be able to see and access all your apps
