Hi Antony, Thanks for your comment :) Both units sound great, the Apogee Duet preamps have more gain, 75 dB if I'm not wrong and the max output level is 20 dBu, but for me the Audient is a killer, the preamps are amazing, the AD/DA converters are fantastic, you can expand with an external preamp with adat connection, which will give you 10 channels. Plus you have send return on the interface channels to use with outboard gear… I do not have any doubt to be honest, I won't change my one for an Apogee Duet, RME BabyFace, SPL Crimson, it's just too good. Oh and I'm not paid by them to tell you this lololol I've bought my one like everybody else :) Hope I've helped you. Thank you.
