39:26 I loved your episode regarding walking. It got my butt motivated and I have now walked 4 miles every day for the last six weeks. I am turning 60 in November & I haven’t had this much energy since I was in my early 30’s. I cannot imagine a day without walking now & I really owe it all to Mel for motivating me! Thank you!

Hi Mel! So often throughout the week, I watch your podcast, and have learned so much. I thank you for that! You're a true inspiration, to us all!!
Personally from my own experience, I believe Dr. Sangwa is correct 💯 % when she stated, "Stress causes or exasperates 80% of all illness." She is, spot-on! It's an epidemic! Unfortunately, just like the response she received from many of her colleagues, most don't care. The statistics and results of stress are mind-blowing! The truth is, you have to be your own advocate, your own doctor, because no one will care as much as you do about your health, and well-being - as you. Thank you, Mel Robbins for all you do, to reach out to the world. For educating us, with your intelligent, and wonderful guests who help increase our wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of our human design. Blessings to you, and your family... 💜

I miss my walking. I got real sick with mold illness which is an ignored illness basically. But I am slowly getting back to walking a bit. Times I wish I had a dog. I did find me a walking stick.. so no excuses really. I was always a mouth breather I had to teach myself to breathe more through my nose. Use to always be clogged due to allergies plus I still smoke. Excuses , plus depression.. each day is a new- though
