I felt convicted to come here and hear this message for the first time. This has helped me realize that I cannot do everything. I'm not flexible...I am not everything. I admit Lord that my life is unmanageable...I surrender all to you. Take the wheel of my life and get me back on the highway you have set for me to get to the destination you have designed for me.

Okay, I'm just listening to this message, it says 6 years ago, but in this message there's one thing he said that got me, he said you will need this for 2020! Well we all know how 2020 was the hardest year!.
This is a great sermon and I love the story of Jehoshaphat. How great is our God who is with us always. I have a question. How does someone in captivity let God do the battle for him if he is facing a brutal death? How does he not be afraid?
After all these years..God's message is still relevant..! I am overwhelmed not by debts but because all those I helped financially are not returning the favour...I am alone now...
I've listened to this more than a few times afyer leaving abusive husband while my teen had run away from home while I dealt with breast cancer when we had to move to a new town when I lost my jobs and income all of this through the pandemic and now while I need miracles for debts and taxes and daily needs as well as healing from depression and anxiety trying to rebuild. every time I need it i search "god im overwhelmed" i find it and it blesses me more and more. God brought my teen home safely and we love eachother more than ever. He healed me from the cancer. He brought us to a great safe home in a beautiful area and a great new church with kind people. He is bringing me new clients and skills. He had shown me this week that i need medication for depression and thats NOT a sin. Because of all this and His everlasting promises I believe His supernatural restoration and order is coming to my mind/emotions and finsnces too. its going to take more of HIS power and grace to do it. I have been a Christian for over 15 years and have been very active in my church or serving in other ways. Over a year and a half ago, I made a huge mistake and took a job in another city. Since then I have been financially devastated, have been way past overwhelmed at work (doing the job of 4 people) in a very stressful job field, have had numerous family problems, serious illnesses, suffered poor health. Every time that I feel like I am going to make it through and turn a corner, I get hit down by multiple things worse than the last. I have not time to serve or participate in church and feel like I am sleep walking through life at best. It seems like this trial will not end, and I desperately need rest. I know that God is there and in control, but it seems like he has been silent for almost 2 years. I am not going to lie, my faith is weak right now. Interestingly, I just read this passage recently. Maybe I have some figurative wooden images or alters in my life that I need to destroy like Jehoshaphat did in Judah.

So happy to have found this pastor. He's great and even though I'm not sure I believe in the trinity yet I do love hearing about the bible and appreciate all the studying and courage it must take to share with this with others.

Okay, I'm just listening to this message, it says 6 years ago, but in this message there's one thing he said that got me, he said you will need this for 2020! Well we all know how 2020 was the hardest year!.
This is a great sermon and I love the story of Jehoshaphat. How great is our God who is with us always.
I have a question. How does someone in captivity let God do the battle for him if he is facing a brutal death? How does he not be afraid?

Read the story of Apostle Paul in the book of acts. He answers that question exactly as he was in a roman prison facing trial and capital punishment.
After all these years..God's message is still relevant..! I am overwhelmed not by debts but because all those I helped financially are not returning the favour...I am alone now...
This is one more sign to me from God!
I've listened to this more than a few times afyer leaving abusive husband while my teen had run away from home while I dealt with breast cancer when we had to move to a new town when I lost my jobs and income all of this through the pandemic and now while I need miracles for debts and taxes and daily needs as well as healing from depression and anxiety trying to rebuild. every time I need it i search "god im overwhelmed" i find it and it blesses me more and more. God brought my teen home safely and we love eachother more than ever. He healed me from the cancer. He brought us to a great safe home in a beautiful area and a great new church with kind people. He is bringing me new clients and skills. He had shown me this week that i need medication for depression and thats NOT a sin. Because of all this and His everlasting promises I believe His supernatural restoration and order is coming to my mind/emotions and finsnces too. its going to take more of HIS power and grace to do it. Thank You Father. Amen Amen Amen

I have been a Christian for over 15 years and have been very active in my church or serving in other ways. Over a year and a half ago, I made a huge mistake and took a job in another city. Since then I have been financially devastated, have been way past overwhelmed at work (doing the job of 4 people) in a very stressful job field, have had numerous family problems, serious illnesses, suffered poor health. Every time that I feel like I am going to make it through and turn a corner, I get hit down by multiple things worse than the last. I have not time to serve or participate in church and feel like I am sleep walking through life at best. It seems like this trial will not end, and I desperately need rest. I know that God is there and in control, but it seems like he has been silent for almost 2 years. I am not going to lie, my faith is weak right now. Interestingly, I just read this passage recently. Maybe I have some figurative wooden images or alters in my life that I need to destroy like Jehoshaphat did in Judah.
