I found many errors that occurred between blogger/blogspot blog and Google Search Console. New blogspot blog posts cannot be indexed and the url is considered unavailable by google and is always rejected when requesting an index.
You can see in the blogger community that a lot of people complain about this.
How to fix this problem?

Google search console is such a waste of time for small business owners. Why does google treat getting indexed high in searches like an wicked easter egg hunt using your tools. With all your advertising money, you would think that you would spend more time understanding what small business are trying do on the web.
Submitted sitemaps status "coulden't fetch" ....how can i fix it ?
fetching same issue here, didn't find any solution till now.
You may have submitter the url incorrectly. Delete it and do it again remembering you only need to enter the end part of the sitemap URL. Use a plugin like All In One SEO Pack to generate your sitemap if using a WordPress website. your sitemap url you place in Google Search if using a WP website should look like this post-sitemap.xml
Some post said that its mislabeled. It should say: "waiting to be fetched".
Would help to explain what a sitemap is.

Do I have to delete old sitemap if I submit new one (e.g. when new sitemap is cleaner - so, without 301s, 404s, no-index pages, etc.)
