My Thai Con I picked up from my local Kroger is doing great and currently giving me a new leaf! I have her potted in my ‘Molly’s Aroid Mix’ and she seems to love it!
I followed all your tips! I finally found a great one at Kroger for $30, checked for everything I could. The best thing is every leaf has a white stripe down the middle 😁💚

I use silica and it is working fabulous on my Thai cons and my albo. Have not had much browning at all.
It's definitely a great way to help strengthen any plant!
I got my first Thia constellation at Krogers and bought one at full price and picked up 2 more clearanced. The ones in Colorado were small only 6” tall compared to Texas that were 2’ tall. I immediately checked the roots and cleaned for pests. I am only watering the plants a small amount and they are doing great. Same situation with finding tiny Florida ghosts. Checked roots and water just a little bit and both of those are doing great
I got my Thai Con about 15 months ago, no root rot so far 😀💕🇨🇦

Oh wow! The perlite I use is that big and chunky too. I get coarse #4 from Amazon. It comes in a much bigger bag than sol soils.

I got my first Thai Cn back in March. it’s growing well with no issues. I have it in a smaller pot than the new pot you are using but mine has a lot more roots than your. Should I repot her or leave her until the roots fill more of the current pot she is in? It’s in a clear slothed pot in a very chunky mix like yours. I use the same soil ans soil amendments as you.

Foliage Pro fert brought my ph from 8 down to 7, don't know if this will help you. I think it's Everything Plants that has a video on this.

My Monstera Thai consolation was growing so well and all of a sudden all of the leaves just start melting off it is down to the top two leaves. Sad 😢💚🌱
That's likely root rot from staying wet too long! Take it out of the substrate it's in and put the roots in some diluted H2O2! Rotted parts will bubble up the same way it does on a cut or scrape. Remove anything rotted and keep an eye on it. I usually will do 100% perlite so I can monitor the roots easily. Then make sure you put it back into a chunky mix with good air flow!

To treat stem rot on my dracena in water (already removed the roted root )
I don't want to use chemicals ... I have it for 7 years and I don't want to lose it
H2O2 isn't necessary to treat the rot. you can use diluted alcohol as well
