The first thing he said was, "You need to buy Howard Levy's book "Rhythms of the Breath" so you can learn how to properly breathe. I just got it and have studies the first two lessons. WOW! If I can learn these techniques, I have no doubt that I will supercharge my learning and be miles ahead of where I would have been if I just watched TH-cam videos and never got a private instructor.
