Yea. I thought I had depression a lot during my life. What I know now is that none of that was depression. Since my daughter, my only child, passed away tragically in 2014, depression is something I've dealt with on a daily basis. I don't hang out with friends anymore. I don't go out. I don't do much of anything except relive that morning after, over and over and over...every single morning when I wake up. It's like I'm realizing all over again that it's not a dream and my daughter really did die. Yea, it's been tough. Been a long, rough road that I've mainly navigated alone. I don't talk to her mother anymore. It's her fault our child isn't here, so I've got resentments anyway. But yea, I couldn't depend on her. Never could for anything, really.

In his new episode called "no dirty carrots", he talks about giving yourself a small goal, like calling one friend today, or working out when you dont want to, or just getting up out of bed when all you want to do is lay (fighting that voice inside your head that is telling you not to and then just doing it) much love, gang gang. I personally had to deal with grieving in September and lasted until.. well.. still trying to not dwell on whats happened, I relived that morning over and over and over and felt guilt and couldnt fathome that what had happened was reality, felt everything you could imagine. For me, time is helping a bit, and giving love to new things (people and animals) is helping me with the feeling of love that I have to give to who I lost, and now giving that to other things. My dad had me when he was 52, its great to see Theo discuss some of the weirdness that comes with an old dad. As a kid, you never realize what stuff you parents are doing that is completely asinine or doesn't sync up with the rest of society, and it takes growing up and seeing more different kinds of people to learn what Life was trying to teach you with an old pops.

You think Theo should never be allowed to mention past guests if they aren't there to "defend themselves"? You keep putting Rogan on a pedestal but he does the exact same thing. He makes comments about past guests on a regular basis. You don't seem to have any issue with that. What this boils down to is Owen Benjamin acting like a scorned teenage girl and his fanboys eating it up and jumping on the bandwagon instead of calling him out on it. The hypocrisy of him getting upset about being mentioned on a podcast when virtually all he does is rant about other people is not lost on most of us either.
Again not sure why you feel the need to insult me. I really like Theo. All I said was I prefer a host who has their own opinions, because it can mislead guests and be rude. Like you just said, Joe will rip on Eddie all the time, but Theo never does to their face, only behind their back and then ignores it. It's just weird. Some people are more passive aggressive and I understand that, I just think Theo should work on having his own ideas and opinions as it makes for a better interview and less negative interactions later with previous guests. You aren't friends with these guys there hanging out with them and have no clue how close they are or aren't. This is why I said you seem to be in a different reality. You assume a lot, infer a lot that doesn't seem to be there and then decide that Theo should react to things based on your reality or else he is doing something wrong as a host.
