It's obvious that she still very much cares about him, as she believes their relationship is built on mutual trust ans camraderie. Yet with her new title she now has other priorities in her life. As a noble her public image is important, and so she pushes him due to the stresses this is bringing upon her. Both him refusing to say how her actions are affecting him, as well as her not explaining how these new priorities that have been added to her life are needing to be kept by him as well. In the end even if neither could come to a proper agreement they could still put their priorities out in the open to each other. If what is most important to her is her image then it gives both of them closure when he breaks uo with her. But if for her she still sees her relationship as more important but he says her leaving the public pressures behind is more important then she can break up with him knowing that he doesnt respect her new position. On the chance of the final option where neither is willing to originally back down, but they both want to be together, then they can at least talk out compromises. No relationship is going to be perfect, and anyone in one will have to give up something to be with their significant other. At which point both will recognize the sacrifices made by the other for them, and the relationship will geow stronger because of it.

I am quite tired of authors letting their characters get shit beat so much by tsunderes and such. I remember getting really pissed off in Nisekoi when Chitoge slapped Raku. She fucking kept abusing him and hitting him all the time and he finally decided to let out his frustrations and saying he had enough of it. Yet, HE was the one who apologized afterward. The worst he ever did to her was what he said at the beach, where he basically vented out how he felt about her. Yeah, she apologized in the next episode, but that doesn't really make it any better.

From her persoective he just suddenly up and leaves her. It's obvious that she has no clue where this is coming from, as he apparently never once decided to sit down with her and tell her how her actions are making him feel. It's obvious that she still very much cares about him, as she believes their relationship is built on mutual trust ans camraderie. Yet with her new title she now has other priorities in her life. As a noble her public image is important, and so she pushes him due to the stresses this is bringing upon her. Both him refusing to say how her actions are affecting him, as well as her not explaining how these new priorities that have been added to her life are needing to be kept by him as well.
In the end even if neither could come to a proper agreement they could still put their priorities out in the open to each other. If what is most important to her is her image then it gives both of them closure when he breaks uo with her. But if for her she still sees her relationship as more important but he says her leaving the public pressures behind is more important then she can break up with him knowing that he doesnt respect her new position.
On the chance of the final option where neither is willing to originally back down, but they both want to be together, then they can at least talk out compromises. No relationship is going to be perfect, and anyone in one will have to give up something to be with their significant other. At which point both will recognize the sacrifices made by the other for them, and the relationship will geow stronger because of it.
nah, final option in their case would be only one walk away alive. with that amount of stress due to public pressure, toxic manipulative relationship, line will due cross, and wall will break.

Oh I remember this. She treated him like crap and she was literally responsible for suppressing his power, as he had so much magic power but she shunned magic swordsmen.
This story is kinda realistic. Realistic in the fact that Finn left his toxic and abusive gf. I saw a comment saying he should have communicate with her. He did but she just wouldn’t listen so him leaving her was the right move. This is what happens when tsunderes take the main character for granted.
WDYM she wouldn't listen? The first moment he actually man up and talk seriously to her, she drops to her knees and begs forgiveness... Why is this time any different than the supposed previous ones? Why he didn't try to find out if he excels in a different carrier when they are shown fighting for their lives vs a dragon? He didn't find much success being a swordsman and was close to die a lot of times and you think that if he seriously talks about this with her she wouldn't listen? Then it's clearly the author forcing her to be badly written just to make MC look good, just from this review I can even gather he had some sort of inferiority complex with her since he only man up when suddenly breaking up with her and literally the next thing he does is change his whole identity cuz he knows she will try to find him for answers, he doesn't care, he wants to be an adventurer and feels chained by her status so he finds excuses to break up with her since he honestly isn't interested in her anymore, the show even augments this by having his new looks (quite mid honestly) attract all the ladies, is like "I drop one of the most renowned swordswoman in the kingdom and can get either someone equal or better anytime I want", I honestly feel bad for her, sure she is self-centered and selfish but in her own way she just wanted MC to be stronger, it's not her fault that he was content all this time with being a frickin distraction instead of realizing his affinity for magic.

I remember getting really pissed off in Nisekoi when Chitoge slapped Raku. She fucking kept abusing him and hitting him all the time and he finally decided to let out his frustrations and saying he had enough of it. Yet, HE was the one who apologized afterward. The worst he ever did to her was what he said at the beach, where he basically vented out how he felt about her.
