Question for a 2002 Acura RL aldl fuse connector isn’t syncing with the dmv machine. Check engine light isn’t on,nee fuses any help ?

Check cigarette lighter fuse ....yiu may need a wiring diagram to find out what fuse powers ALDL but usually it's cigarette lighter fuse

Im assuming before servicing that a/c valve you'll have to discharge the system. Also, is this valve reachable without taking out the compressor? (Seeing if i can save some time this way)
