Legal expert highlights Cambodia’s regional diplomacy role

Cambodia’s active participation in regional diplomacy and adherence to international law can significantly enhance its role in addressing regional disputes and strengthening global governance, according to Professor Shotaro Hamamoto of Kyoto University.
