      Carson Pearce do a few straight airs and practice pinching your saddle with your knees. From there pinch the saddle and cranks and start slow.

      The are one of the first big tricks I learned that I barely do anymore! I should definitely make a how-to! Thanks

    A real smooth stepdown is my favorite but step up's are a close second.

    I recently did a smallish step up but it was big for me, about a 8 ft gap. I didnt commit at the very end and leaned forward. I didn’t lift up or boost and i nose dived and crashed really bad so i was out for a few days. Any advice for my reattempt soon?

    • @MarkMatthewsMTB
      @MarkMatthewsMTB  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      100% commit before you even drop in and go faster than you think.

    King size step is a good idea to send backflip for the firt time ?

    • @MarkMatthewsMTB
      @MarkMatthewsMTB  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes if speed is easy, coming up short on flips is common when learning
