Thanks for reacting to this. They sang Power in the Killing Voice, 2nd to the last song. They also performed it at the closing ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics at Pyeongchang.
The "bald/buzzcut guy" is D.O. he has longer hair in the Killing Voice, 2nd one from the left, beside Chanyeol, the tall main rapper. Chen, one of the main vocalist, who was the center in the KV, who sang the insane high note here was also the sweaty guy in the end. If you replay that part, you can see even D.O. looking up at him with a smile on his face, in awe.
The one in red turtleneck here is Baekhyun, one of the main vocalist, the one with the grayish hair in the KV. And yes, Ezreal of Heartsteel.

The one with the buzz cut is D.O. and when that concert happened, he had just finished acting in a Korean movie called swing kids. He was one of the leads. You should check out the movie where D.O. plays a North Korean prisoner of war.
If I'm not wrong there is another drop that live where Chen has held that note longer . That live is crazy aswell .

Imagine ending a 3-hour concert with this set. There was even 1 more song, Diamond, which they sang before Coming Over. Truly iconic!

the buzz cut guy is the 1 & only, D.O.. 1 of the 3 main vocals of exo alongside Baekhyun (yes, red turtle neck guy) & Chen (red jacket guy) ..he's responsible for runs & riffs coz he's the rnb king..& he mostly does the adlibs..he's my bias in exo & I know a lot of exo-ls would agree that we're a little bit sad coz his killing parts were mostly weren't included in the killing vouce w/c I personally observed a lot of ppl discovering them thru killing voice didn't appreciate his vocals as much as it deserves..exo are known as the kings of vocals in kpop generally to all fans.. exo-o or not..all r great esp these 3.. nothing less to expect frm a group frm SM who are known for their top tear vofals even for their majn dancers & rappers in groups.. hope u get to see more of them often..& yes, guide ple..it'll b weird to see more & more w/out knowing who's who.. thanks a lot!

Best thing about this performance is that even if you weren't there, you felt like you were. Lol. I remember feeling exhausted and happy after watching this performance for the first time, dancing around my living room with them. Imagine how tired EXO members were after performing that whole segment. They also performed diamond (another 3-minute track) before the video you all watched. So, that wasn't even all of it. Haha. The Buzz Hair dude is Doh Kyungsoo aka D.O. Yes,he is the one wearing black denim with black hair in Killing Voice. He is one of the main vocalist in the group and killing voice doesn’t highlight much of his vocals ability, you will not see how great he is and didn’t get much high notes like other main vocalist Chen & Baekhyun. Guys let me tell you just dive deep into their live performances, i know you guys gonna love his vocals. I’m not a fan but this guy pulls me in and i’m stuck! 😂 Besides his vocal ability, he has one of the most beautiful vocal colour/tone in the whole industry !

The buzz guy is Kyungsoo “DO” he is an award winning actor in Korea and was shooting a movie at the time of the concert. So yeah that explain’s his buzz cut. And he has some insane covers of english songs and 2 solo albums released so far. His recent movie is “The Moon”. Please check him out. 😊

exo concert is a must for every kpop fan. their ticket selling record are insane. their first concert The Lost Planet, back in 2014 sold 42k ticket in 1.47 sec. their second one, Exoluxion 2015 break record with 67k sold in 0.4 sec and the one you're watching is Elyxion 2017 sold 66k in 0.2 sec, currently the fastest tickets sold out in the world. also i love how their concert had like a section. they start their concert with 2-3 remix song as intro that show their cool choreography and vocal. then they move to a song with sexy choreography. then they goes with completely different images as a bunch of cuties with cute concept. and then they move to upbeat song, like the one youre watching. the real party start here. then they cool down with slow song for ending. you gotta watch more of their live stages. it's worth it

As you saw, there were only 8 members of EXO at this concert. EXOPLANET #4 The ElyXiOn in Seoul was in 2017, so Lay was not able to participate in EXO activities at this point.
Fun fact:
"Coming Over" is one of EXO's Japanese songs and it has an MV, so if you like this song, you could also watch the MV and you'll get to hear the Japanese version of the song.
The "middle guy's" stage name is Chen or his real name is Kim JongDae. He is one of the 3 main vocalists of EXO.
Also, D.O.'s head is shaved with a buzz cut because at this time he was starring in the international movie "Swing Kids" where he played a North Korean soldier who is a prisoner of war during the Korean War in the 1950s, so his haircut is part of the character he plays in the movie. D.O. is also one of the main vocalists of EXO.
And, if you haven't already, you should check out a comeback stage for "Power" because even though their "Power" MV doesn't have any dancing, the song was part of their comeback promotions, so there is choreography that goes along with the song. And although you just watched their concert performance of "Power," the concert version is the remixed version, so the choreography is different then what you will see in their comeback stage. ("Drop That" is also a remixed version special for this concert tour, so the original song won't sound like this, either.)
"Power" was also used as one of the theme songs during the 2018 winter Olympics and EXO even performed it, along with their song "Growl," during the closing ceremony.
This was the last set of an almost 3 hour concert. So if you were impressed with EXO's stamina in this set, just imagine that during this concert they performed around 30 songs in total and each song and set had its own element of choreography, performance and epic stages. Plus, the ElyXiOn -- notice how EXO is always in the title of their concerts and the E X O are always capitalized -- was a world tour, so they performed this, or a similar set many times all over the world. So this wasn't an isolated event. :D This is just the standard when it comes to EXO concerts, and Kpop in general.
SM Entertainment concerts are often broken up into sets, such as their Ballad set, their cute/fun set, sexy set, hype set, solo performance set, etc. and each set includes 4 or 5 songs. So the set you just watched is considered their hype set of songs during this concert. And in between sets they play short movies (VCRs) that feature the members as actors that tell a story. This allows them to take about a 5 minute break to change their outfits and to prepare for the next set of songs or the next performance, but other than that, it is pretty much nonstop for 3 hours straight.
However, although this was the last set of the concert, it wasn't their last performance. They have an epic encore stage after this one. They had to go backstage and change their clothes to get ready for their next performance.

And with regards to the Drop That high note, there’s a Japanese concert version of it where Chen (the killing voice center) holds that note even longer and it’s absolutely insane!! Also the buzz cut person is D.O (he was shooting a movie then) and he is in the killing voice (the second person in the line- up and he’s a main vocal with a beautiful voice)
