Ek unpasteurized(Raw cow milk/Raw Buffalo milk) hai dusri pasteurized(Amul single toned milk, Mother dairy full cream milk, tetrapacked milk) To jb result aata to to hm Dekh pate hai, PASTEURIZED milk has excellent quality and blue col observed after 5-6 hrs, While Unpasteurized milk has Poor, or bad quality, it turns colorless aur pinkish red color in less than 1.2 hrs If duration of time is more than 8hrs, for quality check of the milk sample, then is is EXCELLENT QUALITY OF MILK.
