Big fan of your Hope Tech Grasshopper. I really like the raw industrial look of Hope Tech - it reminds me of the belter ships from the Expanse tv series, and that's a bonus.
Am I the only person who finds it odd many Starfield ships are named after extinct animals that the citizens have probably never even seen?
Fun fact, gorilla were originally thought to be cryptids, like Bigfoot, for hundreds of years. After 330 years, people might think that a narwhal or a hawk are mythical creatures, like dragons.

The most charitable explanation I can come up with is that extinct Earth fauna inspire the same sort of fascination that fictional creatures like unicorns and dragons inspire in the real world
The least charitable explanation is that, besides the Ashta and Chasmbass, there just aren't a whole lot of alien animal species in Starfield to draw recognizable, interesting names from

On a similar vein, I got a bug to build tiny single-engined Class C fighters a few weeks ago, and found a HopeTech cockpit and a few matching habs marries well with a Theta-Pinch reactor and Supernova engine to give a sort of "1930 Buck Rogers" aesthetic.

You must play exclusively in third person. I tried a few ships with the bridge on the rear upper hull and you can't see nearly as well in first person. The perspective I play in. For its a front mounted bridge/cockpit always.
Yep. I'm usually in third person. If I spend all that time making a ship, I want to see it when it flies!

My faves: the Deimos and the Tayo builds. Hopetech is great for ore haulers, not fighters. The SE build is like from an other game. Cool, but doesn't fit with the aesthetics of the other ones. The Tayo build inspires me a lot to work on a variant of my own, especially since is a B class. So, thank you.

How is it that you drift cornering maneuvers?
I really like the 'look' of the Koi Koi Cruiser... But merging stuff gets so frustrating.
I built a class A Diemos ship that was nasty. I took out the legendary varrun ship and the spacer legendary ships with it.

You can`t build that Deimos ship whithout perks in "ship design" . And Coy-coy ship has even class B reactor. You, sir, are liar.
