Today's video, I am sharing a quick How To Sterilize Baby Bottles in 5 Minutes using boiling water. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to sterilize baby bottles and pacifier, then this video is for you!

For sterilization purposes, it's best to use boiling water. Thank you for taking the time to watch this video!
Hi, can we boil and sterilize the glass bottles? I did hear u saying this method works for glass bottles too but won’t the glass ones break while boiling?
Absolutely! Glass bottles are my fave + preferred! Glass all the way - they should not break/crack.
Is washing and drying not enough ? Or should this be done before every feeding
You should be sterilizing baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers, etc., at least once a day.
What is the baby bottles are left with a white coat after
That’s a good question. I wonder if the white coat is from hard water deposits? I think that could be a possibility? Vinegar should be able to help with that. Soak bottle in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, and then rinse with cold water, I hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
I had this issue once when, using Zephyrhills bottled water, the calcium composite in the water creates a white coat when boiled best you use distilled water when boiling
What soap did you use
I don’t recall as this was some time ago but I typically use a scent free, baby friendly soap.
Plastic after heating in boiling water can cause cancer etc? Is it right

Bottles need to be washed after each use. You should sterilize bottles, nipples, pacifiers, etc. at least once daily. Sanitizing is especially important when your baby is younger than 2 months, was born prematurely, or has a weakened immune system.
But won’t it cook the plastics
Nope! Not at all. The bottles are made to undergo high seat for sanitation purposes. Thanks for watching!
