Interesting vid and I love the raw style. From what I can tell the sliders for the 1500s splay out enough to double as steps, but haven't seen it in person. Thanks for posting!
Yea they do. But wanted the extra paint. protection and door handle protection as well. I’m fortunate that I get to take my wife out dressed up often. So the step helps with dresses and what not
That guy deserves credit, for his sacrifice.. He guarantees his work by using his face to stop loose, heavy, metal running boards from hitting the hard pavement.. Excellent work ethic!🤣 Running boards intact: ✔️ Broken nose:✔️ Self esteem: X
Haven’t seen them. But I did find tons of options. Figured for videos sake. These might be some of the more researched ones at this moment. But I’m sure I’ll bend these up soon. Everything is an option
How many inches from the body to the lowest point of the mounting brackets? Curious how many inches of ground clearance I’ll lose if I go this route. Thanks for the video
Uhg the dreaded seat cracks. GM has used those hard plastic seat sides for decades with a hard edge that just cuts the seat! Can’t beat the GM high clearance steps. Have them on mine, the wettest of weather my shoes just grip them, snow and ice are the next test.
Shoot. Dry ass Southern California I never considered the slip factor for others. Actually I never complained about it cause it took a while to crack. But yea as I said, I’ve known both zr2 and raptor seats to go out in months
Oh stronger mounted to the frame. But even if these were mounted to frame. They would still warp against rocks if I used them as sliders. Sliders like on the Colorado zr2 would work perfect mounted to Silverado frame. But honestly not sure if anyone even makes any

Nice truck, thanks for the video, just picked up a set of these for my new at4x... figured they were pretty straight forward to install.

You still do great work, good to see you again.lol
Thnaks for the video. They look backwards. In would think the narrower part looks bettor towards the front. Can you change the directions on them?

Poor Dustin lol. Haven't we all done something like that once or 10x.
Totally. Busted knuckles and foreheads all day long
Do they make these steps for the Colorado?
Where did u get these from and how much they cost
295/70r18 nitto trail graps should def fit on stock lift fyi
Thanks. Just ordered wheels so gonna look for tires.
@@420motors yea np. Those tires fit stock trail bosses so I’d assume that be a safe bet with similar offset to factory wheels
Gonna go to 17’s actually
Can you add a link in your bio, in where you purchased these running boards

What are the dimensions of the steps?
Where can i purchase these running boards?
Anyone know if these would for a 2020 LT trailboss. According to the Chevy website they’re not compatible but was curious to see if anyone’s tried it.
Hello 420 motors do you know the part number Silverado Zr2 Running Boards thanks
How did you find those steps? I want those for my zr2.
You do your videos your way...raw is original....what's the difference between using the body instead of the frame?

Where can you order these?
