    Did you Notice of all the Actors wielding a lightsaber, Hayden is the most natural. it's an extension of himself. it looks like he doesn't think of it anymore. He mastered the Lightsaber... Nick Gillard's Training mastered !
    And for Ahsoka... Fighting Anaking is a mix Maul / Baylan / Vader (agility, tricks, strength) Anakin as all of this.
    And now we have proof that with good dialogue... Hayden is a real good actor.

    • @acefalcons4903
      @acefalcons4903 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Totally agrees. And I so disagree with Kat’s saying that Matt Lanter’s voice was better than Hayden’s for Anakin in CW, especially when she said she prefers LoTRs. I originally hated the casting of HC in the Prequels, but I was humbly wrong in that because I finally see Hayden’s heart for the real love of the SW lores and all. The live version works of Hayden in Ahsoka representing what Matt Lanter had voiced acted through was truly SEALED Hayden truly was Anakin… and Lanter’s was representing Hayden/Anakin. I was deeply satisfied in my imagination of what live version of Clone Wars would be like if Hayden had acted through the animated actions that Lanter’s voiced acted through.
      So truly Hayden will forever be the Anakin of our past and our future, just as James Earl Jones will forever be the voice and presence of Darth Vader. Appreciate your saying first of Hayden’s voice, bruh! Many more fans appreciate him as Anakin, especially some of us who started out not liking him… and realized Hayden played Anakin exactly self conflicted with the light and dark of himself as what Lucas wanted…. and many of us who finally appreciate it.

    Ahsoka getting that optimistic sense of adventure back after some time with Anakin is really heartwarming because I don't think Anakin has ever being a symbol of hope to anyone. I also like how they change the reason of Ahsoka going to this other galaxy now.
    Before this ahsoka was acting out of fear and Agression, unknowingly. She was actively hunting thrawn and acting out of fear.
    But now shes going to rescue sabine and ezra. Which is basically a complete 180, shes now going with good intentions, to rescue, with compassion taking the center stage.
    And shes also free of her past guilt weighing her down , and she acts more like a jedi than she has in these past few eps.

    Out of all of this and the emotions I felt the entire time, when Hera says "may the force be with you", for some reason, I cry every time. There is just something about that phrase, spoken by someone with sincerity, that is really special. The best episode of the season, clearly, but I'd go as far as saying this is the best episode of any Star Wars TV show, so far. I hope this isn't the last we see of Anakin, but I fear it might be. I was really hoping for an emotional departure from Ahsoka and Anakin. I wanted to hear her call him "Sky Guy". Maybe see Anakin tell her he's proud of her or something. That's just me being overly emotional and looking for more where it really isn't needed though. This episode was a 10/10 for me.

    I loved how this episode showed more of the fact that Ahsoka was sadly both a Jedi AND a child soldier. What’s more is that while while the Jedi were taught to not form attachments to people, she and her master clearly broke that rule and cared for not just their men but their friends and family. The difference is that while Anakin failed and fell to the Dark Side because he couldn’t let go of those he loved, Ahsoka succeeded and learned to let go and move on.
    After seeing Ahsoka having a moment of catharsis with her master, and letting go of her guilt and pain to more fully embrace the Light Side, Rosario Dawson now truly has become the Ahsoka we remember from Clone Wars! She has now truly risen and has now become tied with Luke Skywalker for me as the greatest Jedi of all time.
    This is also easily the best performance Hayden has ever given as Anakin, he actually felt more like Anakin from the Clone Wars than the movies. I honestly never thought I would see LIVE ACTION scenes of Clone Wars, or even Hayden in Anakin’s Clone Wars armor!

    great discussion about the nature of the force. one could say that the most powerful jedi have mastered the ability to be completely focused on the present moment, somehow able to completely exclude thoughts about the past or the future.

    Ahsoka has been “fighting” with her memories and guilt for so long. She needed to defeat her memories and face her guilt and choose to live to go on. Ahsoka the Grey had been a shadow of what Ahsoka can and should be. She had to choose to live, defeat her guilt and negative memories to become who she is meant to be in Ahsoka the White.

    A little context to the Clone Wars flashbacks. First young Ahsoka flashback was in her season 3 outfit. The second was her season 7 outfit.

    After that excellent (and emotional) episode, I really appreciated your candid reactions - and the Danish translations! My heart is full of Anakin and Ahsoka feels now, and I cannot wait for whatever comes next in the final parts of this brilliant show! Also, this score continues to be GLORIOUS!

    Regarding the whale “teeth”. Baleen is the apparatus toothless whales rely on to filter food from the sea. Hundreds of these flexible plates, made of the structural protein keratin, grow downward from a whale's upper jaw, lined up like the slats of venetian blinds.
