Nice one mate! If your over Bent rows I recommend trying the Dumbbell seal row on a bench with the same incline you’d use for incline bench. Because your glutes and hammies are out of the equation, your target muscles are doing all of the work great variation.

Cool vid. It may be an obvious suggestion but if you're finding your time is squeezed in the evenings, meal prepping on the weekends to give yourself a few healthy, ready to go dinners during the following week may be a useful strategy.

Try peeling bananas, placing them in ziplock bags, and freezing them. Then when you put them in your blender, you don't need ice. You have a frozen banana that makes the shake nice and cold and frosty. Give it a try.
