This video was my introduction to La Blogotheque, 2 days after it was released. Crazy to find it has been 14 years.

Ed Droste seems SO humble. Like he's almost embarrassed. Weird. He's amazing. It took me a while to realize he was the main singer of the band. I shouldn't have dismissed Grizzly Bear so soon.
Dan does a phenomenal job at filling the vocals. Whenever he sings with Ed, it's glorious and harmonious. Love it, man.
this is truely impressive... everytime someone walks by the vocalist laughs, but hes loving it. haha.
THIS is why i'd give anything to live in paris. just to see grizzly bear, beirut and noah and the whale just wandering around the place singing songs would be magical.

Ed is super charming with the fidgeting and putting his jacket on his head. I couldn't keep from grinning every time he did.
