The silent patient is literally so good
I’ve heard so many great things about it!
I used body gloves for the shower and a loofa strip (I call it a bacon strip 🤭) to get my back. I love the closeness and lather of the gloves. I also throw them in the wash weekly with my towels and they don’t fall apart like a traditional loofa. They have them at target but you can legit get better quality and more bang for your buck at tj maxx.

If you are not sure about silent patient, you can always borrow it from the library. That way, you don't have to feel bad about wasting money on a book you didn't enjoy.
I'm currently reading the fineprint, things we never got over, and full tilt.

Hopefully things aren’t too terrible where you are! Thankfully my town didn’t get hit too hard, but the next town over had some damage in the storm. Tornados can definitely be so scary because you never know what could happen! 🥹🫶🏽
Yes pick up Silent Patient. I don’t like scary stuff either but it’s not scary at all just suspenseful and has you thinking. It’s really a great read.
